Argent: A cross humettee (ends not touching the shield) between four buckles,
tongues erect. (gules). The White signifies Truth, Serenity, and Peace.
The buckles (blue) represent Magnanimity and Military Bravery and also
signify Fidelity in Authority (responsibility).
The Cross is Christian and symbolizes Honor, Faith,
and Compassion for less fortunate men.
The Argent color (white) denotes Peace, Honor and Sincerity; all five buckles
have tongues erect which establishes Honor, as opposed to dishonorable status.
